Summer Speaker Series Part 3: Co-location of Distributed Teams (Immersion) with speaker Scotty Bevill
Join PMISWIC on Tuesday July 20th at 6:00 PM CT for the final night of a 3-part Summer Speaker Series featuring speaker Scotty Bevill as he talks about "Co-location of Distributed Teams (Immersion)"!
Co-Location of Distributed Teams (Immersion)
Now that we’ve killed the virtual meeting and are back at work. Do we have the tools we need to succeed? What are the things we can do to engage our teams? This session looks into the features of many platforms and not a set of tools. Immersion is critical to maintain our relationships and working velocity. Teams that are readily available and present require lower barriers of entry to collaborate when working remotely. We will explore the challenges we face with scarce expertise and matrix organizational impediments. Our goal: How to go from people working on the same
team to a team working on the product as a whole.
