Summer Speaker Series Part 2: Killing the Virtual Meeting and getting work DONE with speaker Scotty Bevill

Business Acumen

Join PMISWIC on Tuesday June 15th at 6:00 PM CT for the second part of a 3-part Summer Speaker Series featuring speaker Scotty Bevill as he talks about "Killing the Virtual Meeting and Getting Work DONE"!

Killing the Virtual Meeting and Getting Work DONE
Congratulations! Now that we have created a personal environment that lends itself to our new
goals, we’re ready to lead our teams once more. What if I told you there is more to facilitation than showing your face on a monitor?

In the virtual meeting, we are up front and in color to our colleagues and ourselves. This adds new dynamics when working with teams that may be less comfortable. In this discussion we address this and additional things that impede personal confidence not commonly considered and how to overcome them.

Do you find you are meeting 40 hours a week and still have 40hours of work to do afterwards? So did we until we made these changes.
