Summer Speaker Series Part 1: Thriving in the New Normal with speaker Scotty Bevill (3)

Business Acumen

Join PMISWIC on Tuesday May 25th at 6:00 PM CT for the first night of a 3-part Summer Speaker Series featuring speaker Scotty Bevill as he talks about "Thriving in the New Normal"!

Thriving in The New Normal

Imagine waking up every day and knowing you will be working with a team that is laser focused and committed to our outcomes!

Now that we are all working remotely do you have confidence in what your teams’ capabilities are? In a world of unknowns, we have an opportunity to revisit team agreements and put intention in a ‘new norm’.

2020 was a year some would like to forget and some have yet to overcome. As global society we have dramatically changed the way we work. We’ve learned new things about ourselves, our customers, and our products. Today many companies are not going back to older held beliefs about productivity and modified teleworking environments. They are now realizing the value of investing in the home offices of their essential personnel. However, these revelations about how we work didn’t just come about.

In this segment we will discuss some best practices for taking control of our personal circumstances and how to develop a win-win-win for ourselves, our family, and our company. Exploring everything from the new office equipment, new boundaries, behavior, and best practices. How to facilitate a persuasive Virtual Meeting. When is remote insufficient? When is in person overkill?
